2. Browse and Tag dream fragments

All dream fragments are available to be Tagged by other collaborators by a mechanism like Digg or YouTube uses. Tagging marks the fragment as one which resonates with you. By Tagging a dream fragment you help it rise in importance and visibility.

3. Integrate - the most popular dream fragments are woven together into larger dream elements which can again be Tagged. Over time the dream grows in specificity and scope. A Wiki is used as the platform for this integration.
